All-on-4 dental implants (or All-on-6) is a treatment method offered at Ressler Dental, using Nobel Biocare implants, that delivers a complete dental implant solution for patients with multiple missing or failing teeth, usually within a single day. Dr. Ressler also offers the Straumann Teeth Today solution.
Four or more dental implants are placed in strategic positions that often eliminate the need for complicated bone grafting or sinus elevation procedures. Placement of implants at the time of taking teeth out also reduces the time it takes to get teeth compared with traditional dental implant techniques.

Unlike many other implant providers, we combine three-dimensional CBCT imaging with virtual implant simulations to pre-plan the best possible implant positions. 3-D printers then create special templates that guide the implants into place, just like the planned simulation, eliminating guesswork.
All-on-4 final teeth can be made in acrylic or various ceramics including zirconia. Temporary teeth are placed in one day, and your final teeth are made in about six months, customized after healing is complete for the best possible smile.

For the implants and the extractions, it was only local anesthetic, took less than an hour, and very little discomfort. Dental impressions and installation of the new teeth took another 90 minutes. A few months later, Arthur returned for his upgraded final teeth, customized just for him after his healing was complete. Arthur said he only wished he had done this for himself years ago!
